We’re transporting ourselves to the warm weather and bright flavors of summer with these shrimp tacos. Shrimp are a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for cardiovascular health.
Add sliced avocados, plain Greek yogurt, diced tomatoes, and cilantro for a finished taco! You could also serve with steamed brown rice instead of taco shells for shrimp burrito bowls.
