With the rising temperatures, we’re constantly looking for refreshing recipes that are perfect after a day by the pool or for the next neighborhood get-together. This dish is quick, easy, and sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Crisp cucumbers, mild onions, and juicy tomatoes are mixed with fresh herbs and a light dressing to pack in flavor with an abundance of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Mix up the flavors with a Mediterranean twist by adding olives, crumbled feta cheese, and green bell pepper. You can also use red onion instead of another sweet variety!
