We don’t know about you, but we can’t believe how busy this month has been! Let’s end the month with this quick but delicious skillet mac & cheese that’s sure to please!
Use lean ground beef or ground turkey to reduce the fat content while still providing a solid protein source. Whole-wheat pasta can add an extra serving of grains without altering the flavor too much! Sneak in some extra veggies by blending spinach, green bell pepper, mushrooms, and carrots and adding it to the tomatoes and milk.
