We’re anxiously awaiting the chance to escape to the coast to grab some fresh shrimp to make this delicious salad! If you’re not headed to the sea anytime soon, browse your local grocery store for the closest option!
Shrimp are great sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce inflammation and support the nervous system. They are also considered a good source of protein since they contain all 9 amino acids and provide ~15g protein per 3 oz. serving.
This salad can also be served with grilled chicken or salmon instead of shrimp. Feel free to use the salad dressing on top of your other favorite salads!
