Shrimp and grits is a classic dish served across the South, and we would be amiss if we didn’t find a way to brighten the recipe up!
Bell peppers (especially red, yellow, and orange varieties) and onions contain good amounts of Vitamin C, which may help increase iron absorption in the body. The various antioxidants in bell peppers also provide support for other body systems, such as eye health!
