This week’s recipe is from my favorite professional magazine – “Today’s Dietitian.” This mouthwatering mini mixed berry bread pudding recipe was part of TD’s Brain Healthy Holiday Foods feature. Berries are touted for brain health benefits because they have been associated with a slower rate of cognitive decline. They are so easy to incorporate as a part of breakfast, in a salad, or with dessert!
