Layered Hummus Dip

We’ve found the perfect hummus recipe for your fresh garden veggies or farmers market produce!

Enjoying hummus with sliced vegetables and crackers is a common and filling snack, but why don’t we change things up a bit with this delicious hummus dip? 

Hummus is made from chickpeas or garbanzo beans, which contain high amounts of protein, fiber, and B vitamins.  Chickpeas also contain iron, phosphorus, and some healthy fats.  

Serve this delicious dip alongside crispy pita chips, on top of a bed of lettuce, or as a side dish.  You can also used different flavored hummus like roasted red pepper or pesto to add more nutrients!
