We don’t know about you, but we think the summer has flown by! Like many families in the area, we’re getting ready to start a fresh school year, which is exciting and overwhelming simultaneously! In the hustle to prepare everyone for the first day, meal schedules can become disrupted.
Eating regular meals and snacks is important for people of all ages, but especially growing children, adolescents, and teenagers. Consuming enough nutrients and hydrating well will help them grow properly, and give them the energy to participate in class, run during recess, and jump in to after-school activities!
